Hi, I would like to take a few minutes to tell you about my recent experience with Car Masters. I am writing this email as a thank you for the excellent service I received last month.

My name is Andy Noall and I am an automotive service technician at an Infiniti dealership up in Northeastern Ohio. My sister is currently out of state, enrolled in an internship near Lexington, Kentucky. I am the only person that does any maintenance or repairs on her 2004 Mazda 6.

I received a phone call one night from her telling me that she noticed a burning smell and had large oil puddles underneath her car. Needless to say, I was not exactly thrilled to hear the news and being over 5 hours away, I was not fix the car myself. I searched for independent repair shops near her location and stumbled across Car Masters. After reading your testimonials, I was confident that I had found a good shop.

After setting up the appointment and obtaining the source of the oil leak, I was told it needed a front crankshaft seal. Being an automotive service technician, I am familiar with part pricing and labor costs. I was pleasantly surprised with the price and labor time I was quoted. Although I felt a little funny letting someone else fix the car I had maintained it's whole life, I agreed to the repair. The repair was done correctly and the seal no longer leaked any oil.

I cannot tell you how much it means to me that you guys took such great care of my sister and her car. Being a girl inside a shop environment can be quite intimidating. I am so thankful that I found a shop I can rely on in case any more problems arise (fingers crossed!). She is nearing the end of her 3,000 mile oil change interval and thanks to you guys, I now have some place I trust to perform the necessary maintenance on her Mazda.

Being in the luxury car segment, I am aware of how important customer satisfaction is and how it effects the people behind the service desk and in the shop. I am writing this email to thank each and every person who was involved. I am truly a satisfied customer and appreciate the hard work and expert care. Thank you so much!

Just wanted to say thank you to all the staff at Car Masters. I've brought my Jeep to Car Masters for several years now, and they are far and away the very best auto repair shop in Lexington. Tim and all of the staff are always very polite, and professional. The prices are very reasonable and I like the fact that they do a courtesy inspection of belts, hoses, engine oil, brake fluid, p/s fluid, etc every time you come in. Yesterday morning, my daughter Amanda's car failed to start while she was working in Lexington. The problem turned out to be as simple as a bad battery (even though the battery was only 6 months old) but your shop was very prompt getting her taken care of and back on the road. Also the young lady working the desk was knowledgeable and courteous.

My husband and I take both our vehicles to Car Masters for all the servicing and repair needs we have. We've shopped around in the past and nobody can beat their pricing (and if they do, the other guy is missing something). When we take our cars in, Tim is very straightforward about the problem, the expense and the estimated time to fix the problem. I appreciate his polite and professional nature, both are qualities that are hard to find within a car repair shop.

Tim and everyone at Car Masters are All-Stars. It is nice to take your vehicle to a place and know that it is going to be done right, the first time for the right price. So many auto repair places today will over charge for their services. Other companies also seem to recommend things that don't need to be done just to make some extra money. Car Masters is the opposite. They often tell you, this will need to be done, but you can wait a few months. It is refreshing to take your car to a place that will be up front and honest and tell you what you need to do and what you will need to do in the future. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else and I highly recommend that you do the same.
